1. Shipping Areas
   We currently ship only within Switzerland and Europe. If your country is not included in this area, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping options.

2. Shipping Times

Order Processing
All orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. PokeAlp cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. For shipments within Europe, additional charges such as local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

1. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination. Free shipping is available on all orders over CHF 200!

2. Order Tracking
   As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery of your parcel.

3. Delivery Issues
